A 360 video booth is a platform your guests stand on while a camera arm sweeps around them. The clip comes back in slow motion with music and your overlay on it, and lands on their phone seconds later. It draws a crowd, it gets loud, and it needs more floor than any other booth we rent. That last point is where most bookings run into trouble, so start there.
What you get with our 360 booth
Every 360 rental includes unlimited videos, sharing by QR code or text, a personalized overlay, one song choice, props, a lighting kit, a shimmery backdrop, and a certificate of insurance if your venue asks for one. Delivery, setup, teardown and an on-site attendant are included in the price, not billed separately. Choose your song carefully, since clips are short and the opening seconds of the track are all anyone hears.
Floor space and placement
The 360 booth needs about 12x12 ft of clear floor. Measure from the center of the platform, not the edge, because the arm swings well past the platform itself. A 10x10 corner holds the base but leaves the arm clipping a chair or a cocktail table.
Placement is a safety question and a crowd question at once. Keep the booth out of the walking lane between the bar and the tables, but close enough that people see it working. A booth in a back hallway gets used twice. Also look up: low chandeliers, ceiling fans and hanging string lights are a real problem for a rotating arm.
What to ask your venue before you book
- Which corner still has 12x12 ft of clear floor after the tables, dance floor and DJ are set up.:
- Ceiling height in that exact spot, and whether anything hangs down over it.:
- Where the nearest standard outlet is, and whether it shares a circuit with the DJ or the kitchen.:
- Whether the floor is level. Grass, gravel, sloped patios and thick rugs all cause problems.:
- Whether they require a certificate of insurance, and the exact name the certificate should be made out to.:
- The load-in path: stairs, elevator size, and distance from the parking area.
How many hours you actually need
A 360 booth runs one group at a time, and each turn takes a couple of minutes once you count people climbing on, the take itself, and the reshoot they always want. Throughput should drive your booking length, not the length of your event.
For roughly 75 guests or fewer, two hours is usually enough. For 100 to 150, three hours keeps the line moving. Above that, book four. The booth does not need to run all night: open it during cocktail hour, close it for dinner and toasts, then reopen when the dancing starts. Paying for hours that overlap a seated dinner is the most common way people waste money here.

The deposit is $200 and the balance is due 7 days before the event. Travel is free within 40 miles of the main city, with a flat fee beyond that. Ask about travel if your venue sits at the edge of a metro.
What tends to go wrong
- Drinks on the platform. Guests step up holding a full glass, then wonder why the clip is a spill.:
- Long dresses and high heels on a platform that is not on level ground. Check the floor first.:
- Dark placement. The lighting kit handles the subject, but a black corner still reads as a black corner behind them.:
- Guests mistyping a phone number and never getting their clip. The QR code is more reliable and the attendant will point people to it.:
- Booking the 360 into a room that cannot give up 12x12 ft. Confirm the space in advance, not on the day.:
What we do not rent
We do not run a mirror booth, a Glambot style high-speed camera arm, or green screen. The Glambot gets confused with the 360 because both use a moving arm, but they are different products.
