Peek-A-Booth Terms of Service
By using Peek-A-Booth’s website, booking platform, or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, clients, and event hosts engaging with Peek-A-Booth in any capacity.
1. Service Overview
Peek-A-Booth provides photo booth rentals and related event services. We aim to deliver a fun, high-quality experience through our equipment, staff, and content delivery.
2. Booking & Payments
- All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your event date.
- The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before your event.
- Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods listed at checkout.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- No monetary refunds will be provided.
- Store credit may be issued based on timing and circumstances. Credits are valid for 5 years from the cancellation date.
4. Refund Policy
- All sales are final. Once services have begun (including arrival or setup), no refunds will be issued.
- In case of delays, technical issues, or limited use, Peek-A-Booth may offer store credit at its sole discretion.
- Use of any part of the booth service constitutes acceptance of service.
5. Delivery of Digital Content
- Digital event files (photos, videos, galleries) are delivered within 14 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to editing, file processing, or hosting needs.
- Delay in delivery does not entitle client to refund or dispute.
6. Use of Content
- Peek-A-Booth retains ownership of all digital content created with its equipment.
- Guests may share content for personal and non-profit use.
- Commercial use requires advance written consent or purchase of a license.
- Peek-A-Booth may use event content for marketing unless requested otherwise in writing.
7. Guest Conduct & Safety
- Guests must treat our staff and equipment with respect.
- Children under 12 must be supervised while using the booth.
- Peek-A-Booth reserves the right to refuse service or shut down equipment for safety reasons without refund.
8. Event Access & Setup Requirements
- Client must ensure parking access, sufficient space, and power availability.
- Setup issues caused by venue restrictions are not the responsibility of Peek-A-Booth.
- Minimum booth space: 5×5 ft (standard), 10×10 ft (inflatable). Power outlet required within 6 feet.
9. Technical Issues
- While rare, technical delays or interruptions may occur.
- Peek-A-Booth will make reasonable efforts to resolve them quickly.
- Technical issues that are resolved during the event do not qualify for a refund.
10. Privacy
- Peek-A-Booth collects limited data required for booking and delivery.
- We do not sell or share personal information without consent.

11. Agreement
By using Peek-A-Booth’s website or booking a service, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Peek-A-Booth reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
